BETTER RESULTS ON MULTIPLE IVF ATTEMPTS

IVF is done in natural cycles without external influences of hormones on the OVA. Our laboratory is equipped for In Vitro (IVM) OVA MATURATION.

This way we avoid any effect that hormones might have on the ENDOMETRIUM and implantation failures because of the endometrium; there will be fewer chromosomal abnormalities in egg often produced by hormonal stimulation through pharmacological doses.

If necessary, we perform an IVF LIGHT cycle with MINIMUM stimulation. We use PICSI and IMSI methodology for sperm selection. First, we use PICSI to choose those with normal acrosome reaction, which adhere to a physiologically mature HYALURAN that has less chromosomal abnormalities; then with the IMSI or "SUPER ICSI" we will choose sperm without vacuoles in the head which thus produce better embryos, therefore avoiding losses in pregnancy of apparently healthy embryos while achieving better implantation rates.

The embryonic implantation is assisted through the use of ultra sophisticated LASER equipment for ASSISTED HATCHING in embryos. Embryo Transfer is done through the EMBRYO GLUE which is guided by an Ultrasound and ULTRASOFT catheter.

We also offer blastomere biopsy through laser for the PREIMPLANTATION GENETIC DIAGNOSIS for IVF with multiple failures.
This was we can investigate genetic causes for failure and only transfer HEALTHY EMBRYOS into the more advanced embryonic development stage which is the blastocyst.
