IMSI 'SUPER ICSI'
With IMSI (Morphologically Selected Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) or Super-"ICSI (ICSI high magnification), selected targets of the sperm are displayed and with greater power and objective electronic amplification of 600 or 6000 X times larger.
This improved ICSI technique displays chromatin compaction defects, which appear as holes inside the nucleus called 'vacuoles', allowing us to select sperm without defects or those with fewer vacuoles thus increasing rates of implantation and pregnancy
